Welcome to WedTrix. These Terms govern your use of the WedTrix platform — Bells (couple planning), Circle (vendors), and Atithi (guests) — operated by WedTrix Global Private Limited ("WedTrix", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 225, Rajgruh Nagar, Nari Road, Nagpur 440026.

By creating an account or using WedTrix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

2. What WedTrix does

WedTrix is a technology platform that helps couples plan weddings, connects them with independent vendors, facilitates bookings and payments, and provides a guest portal. The actual wedding services (photography, catering, venues, etc.) are provided by independent third-party vendors — not by WedTrix. WedTrix is a facilitator, not the service provider.

3. Bookings and vendor services

When you book a vendor through WedTrix, you enter into an agreement with that vendor for their services. WedTrix facilitates discovery, negotiation, and payment but is not a party to that service contract. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, timing, and delivery of their services. Each vendor's own cancellation/refund terms apply to their services (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Payments and fees

  • Couples may subscribe to paid plans (Plus ₹299/mo, Premium ₹1,599/mo, Pro ₹2,999/mo) or one-time services (Concierge ₹24,999, Full Concierge ₹74,990, charged once per wedding).
  • Vendors may subscribe to paid plans (Listing ₹999/mo, Growth ₹5,999/mo).
  • WedTrix charges a platform fee on closed bookings, disclosed at the time of transaction.
  • Payments are processed by our partner, Razorpay; by paying you also accept Razorpay's terms.
  • Prices are in INR. Applicable taxes apply as indicated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. One-time services are charged once per wedding, not monthly.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, access others' data, scrape or harvest data, upload unlawful content, or use WedTrix unlawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

7. AI assistance

WedTrix uses AI (Bells) to generate plans, suggestions, and communications. AI output may contain errors; please verify important details (dates, prices, ritual specifics). Bells cites ritual/cultural guidance from our own authored corpus but does not guarantee completeness for every tradition or community.

8. Intellectual property

All WedTrix content, software, branding, and the ritual corpus are owned by WedTrix. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the platform. Content you upload remains yours; you grant WedTrix a licence to use it to provide the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedTrix is not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts exceeding the total fees you paid to WedTrix in the preceding six (6) months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
